He has been awarded fellowship for his excellency in minimal access surgery [FMAS- LAPAROSCOPIC] from World Laparoscopic Hospital in Delhi in the year 2016, Fellowship in Gastro-Endo surgery from Indian Association of Gastro- intestinal Endo surgeon in the year 2019 and Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic surgery in 2020.
He is a leading Gastro, Laser and Laparoscopic Surgeon practicing in Chennai as well as in Sriperumbudur . he has more than 12 years of experience in the field of Surgery.

A graduate of Thanjavur Medical College and a postgraduate from Government Medical College, Kottayam, she has served in several leading government institutions including Coimbatore Medical College, Chengalpattu Medical College, and Tamil Nadu Government Multi Super Specialty Hospital. She currently serves as Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at Government Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital, Kanchipuram.
Dr. Karpagavalli has deep expertise in modern radiotherapy technologies such as Varian TrueBeam, Elekta Infinity, and advanced treatment planning systems like Eclipse and Monaco TPS.
